If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. Pet rest area at roof is for exclusive use of approved pets. Please clean up after each use. Hose down area used for relief of pet after every use. Leave clean and tidy for fellow residents. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not picking up after their dog.
