The full kitchen and luxurious bathroom with a shower over tub provide all the comforts of home. Parking for 1-car is included. Maximum car dimensions allowed: Maximum length: 16'-3", Maximum width: 6'-3", Maximum height: 5'-5". Pets are permitted with our permission. Certain types of pets are not allowed, including monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and certain dogs. The restricted dog breeds include some Terriers including Pit Bull (a.k.a. American Staffordshire Terrier or Staffordshire Bull Terrier), American Bull Dog, Tosa Inus, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Wolf Hybrids and all mixes of these breeds, or any dog over fifty (50) pounds. We reserve the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. When a pet is acquired, a non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. Located on the corner of Page and Gough, The Hayes is flanked by the Castro, Civic Center, and the Mission, with Muni, BART, and shuttles all nearby. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals not listed here while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per unit. Pets must be restrained whenever a maintenance service call is requested. The pet must be taken to the outside of the premises for their toilet purposes. You must clean up after your pet every time the pet has an accident on the property grounds for “toilet” purposes. No soiled bags to be left on deck at any times please remove to the green bin. Please use appropriate bags for disposal. Pets are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the apartment. Residents living in upstairs apartments with a balcony must not leave the pet on the balcony for extended lengths of time. Patios should be kept clean of any pet waste. During hot weather, odors can be extremely offensive to neighbors. Also, please avoid leaving pet food outside for long periods of time as it will attract pest/rodents. You may leave water outside for your pet. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. Pet rest area at roof is for exclusive use of approved pets. Please clean up after each use. Hose down area used for relief of pet after every use. Leave clean and tidy for fellow residents. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not picking up after their dog. Building amenities include a beautiful shared roof deck with BBQ and seating, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and high-speed elevators.
