ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Guests have resort access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, including a resort-style pool with water slide and lazy river, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities. The home is about 10 miles from Disney World, with SeaWorld roughly 35 minutes away and Universal Studios about 40 minutes away. Shopping and dining at Posner Park, along with access to I-4 and US-27, make getting around straightforward. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
