The apartment is about 10 miles from Disney World, with SeaWorld roughly 35 minutes away and Universal Studios about 40 minutes away. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses. Getting around is straightforward with access to I-4 and US-27. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 20 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation, and up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure, as failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
