This large villa sleeps up to 20 guests across 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. This entire home is well suited for large groups and multi-family stays. The living room is designed for gathering, with ample seating for everyone. A dedicated game room adds another layer of entertainment, featuring a pool table, game console, and sound system. The full kitchen gives you space to cook and dine together. Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are available for longer stays. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Guests have resort access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, including a resort-style pool with water slide and lazy river, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities. The home is about 10 miles from Disney World, with SeaWorld roughly 35 minutes away and Universal Studios about 40 minutes away. Shopping and dining at Posner Park, along with access to I-4 and US-27, make getting around straightforward. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in correct bin can result in fines up to $200. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
