With the best views of the city, Alta Plaza Park apartments provide a respite from busy San Francisco life. The park has been available to residents of San Francisco apartments since 1888. It's a great place to walk the dog, play some tennis, jump around on the "spider web" (more later) or meet up with friends from Alta Plaza Park apartments. Located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, this park is a super visit on a beautiful sunny day where you can see breathtaking views of the city and the ocean, or on a clear, starlit night when you may look up with nothing around you and peer at the moon and stars. Nearby to this park, along with Alta Plaza Park apartments, is a cozy coffee shop for those foggy or cold days when you don't feel like sitting outside. When it's nice, however, pack up your picnic basket from your San Francisco apartment and have a picnic on the lush grounds. You may bring your dog here too, as long as you promise to pick up after him or her. Climbing around on the spider web like play structure is a must for the apartment resident with the kid inside, or with kids along to play at the park. Living in a San Francisco apartment in the Pacific Heights neighborhood will also make you appreciate the quiet here at the park. Even with cars and traffic, the higher you go in the park, the quieter it becomes.
