Pets up to 30lbs are accepted on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 1st floor apartments do not have a weight restriction for your pet. A $300 non-refundable pet fee as well as a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet are required to be paid in full prior to move in. Cats and/or dogs only. Aggressive breeds are not accepted.
