Cats FeesWe allow one cat or dog per apartment, and all pets must be registered with the leasing office. Additional pet fees, rent, and deposits will apply - please contact our leasing office for details. Additionally, all pets must be under 60 pounds, and cannot be one of the following restricted breeds:?Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids,?Presa Canario (Canary dog),?Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff.
