There is a minimum age requirement of 30 years old to book the property. No more than 10 people are allowed at the property at any time. Outdoor music must be kept low and must end by 8:00 PM, and music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate. Guests must clean the BBQ grill and kitchen oven after use or an additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property, and if found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Outdoor security cameras monitor the perimeter and driveways for safety, and tampering with cameras may result in a visit to address the issue. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out; if the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund; only the booked number of guests is permitted. Outdoor music must be kept low and not extend beyond the property boundary; no music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund. All external vendors must be approved prior to arrival and adhere to guest limits.
