This home features high-quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, and a dedicated workspace. The common area provides a space for entertainment, while outdoor lounging areas and a poolside grilling station are perfect for gatherings. The backyard oasis includes a pool surrounded by palm trees and immaculate landscaping, offering a refreshing escape from the Florida heat. This is a pet-friendly home, and the backyard is completely pet-friendly. Paid add-ons include access to the clubhouse amenities such as a boat ramp, playground, pickleball courts, tennis court, basketball court, and shuffleboard court. Equipment for pickleball and basketball is available in the garage. Conveniently located just minutes from the beach, this home offers easy access to white sand and turquoise waters. Downtown Naples, 5th Ave, The Pier, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato are a short drive away, providing access to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and shopping in the area. Several restaurants and shops are also within walking distance or a short drive. The A/C can be set as low as 72 degrees; keeping it below this may cause the units to freeze. To avoid this, keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C. Ceiling fans should be left running at all times if possible. Please clean the dryer lint vent after use. Load and run the dishwasher upon check out. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. The pool heat is set to 85 degrees and will heat when the filter is running, which is set to run automatically every day from 10 am - 8 pm. The pool is serviced weekly by a maintenance company every Tuesday, and landscapers are on the premises every Monday. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. If staying during trash pickup days, please place bins by the street for pickup the night before: Thursday for recycling and regular bins (bin out Wednesday night), and Monday for the regular trash bin only (bin out Sunday night). Please close umbrellas when not in use. Please shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it to storage. Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.
