Conveniently located just minutes from the beach, you can easily enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters. Downtown Naples, 5th Ave, The Pier, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato are a short drive away, offering access to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Naples. Within walking distance or a short drive, you'll find popular spots like Spanky's, Whiskey Park, Dylan's Drafthouse, Turco Taco, Sandy's Cuban Café, Fabio's Pizza, Race Trac, Airport Donuts, and Starbucks. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Please place trash and recycling bins by the street the night before scheduled pickup days (Thursday for both recycling and regular bins, Monday for regular trash only). Please close umbrellas when not in use and shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it. Turn off all lights when not in the house. The A/C can be set as low as 72 degrees; keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C to prevent freezing. Please leave ceiling fans running at all times if possible. Clean the dryer lint vent after use and load and run the dishwasher upon check out. Dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the filter. The pool heat is set to 85 degrees and will heat when the filter is running, which is automated daily from 10 am to 8 pm. A pool fence for added security for kids and/or pets is available in the garage. The pool is serviced weekly, and landscapers are on the premises weekly.
