October 15, 2025love the town home very quiet here but the washer and dryer they put in my town home is a bit small I can do small loads I have to go to a wash house to wash my covers and blankets blankets. November 2, 2023Lovely, quiet, and visually alluring hidden gem. Far enough from Downtown Dallas to avoid busy traffic and noisy streets, but close enough to enjoy the urban lifestyle. Mary with the apartment management team is fantastic, easy to reach, and swiftly responds to any questions or concerns. Newly renovated apartments with a beautiful creek that’s adjacent to the complex and also runs right through it. Walking distance from the golf course and a huge park.Property Manager Responded
