Very dirty
January 12, 2026I went to tour the property and did not make it to the leasing office because I was so disgusted by all the trash and dog poop everywhere. I called after I left to inquire about maintenance and was told they didn’t have maintenance on staff today. But the amount of poop and trash is not just a one day thing. It was an accumulation of poop that’s had been there for days it seems.Property Manager Responded

Extremely unsatisfying
June 5, 2025I have been here now for about two months. There has been many errors. Just recently, I went to the leasing office to get a problem resolved of a charge that was incorrect on their part and five days later the charge is still not fixed, and I had to pay for it unwillingly even though it was the fault of the leasing office as of now they are not refunding my money for a charge that was their fault. We also pay a maintenance fee yet the floors are sticky, stinky, and smell like pee on my walk to ...my apartment. We also get patio violation notifications weekly sent out yet nothing changed. Whenever I called the leasing office, no one picks up. Trash is everywhere as well yet we pay a fee. These are only a few problems... there are more.Property Manager Responded

gave us an unlivable apartment
February 8, 2025They knowingly gave us an unlivable apartments, it had two broken windows, a busted pipe in the wall that has flooded us nearly a dozen times with our neighbors used water, another broken pipe under the sink, and what pipes aren't broken are clogged. I have been asking all week for a solution to cleaning the dirty water and even after promising to give us one the office hasn't. We have been here a week and it has been legally uninhabitable the entire time.Property Manager Responded

If I could give it one star, I would
July 23, 2024My apartment wasn't move in ready - I had to wait an extra four hours to get keys, and even then it looks like they didnt clean. Its completley outdated. The only way to get a hold of anyone is by the portal and no one answers. No one fixed the leak I had. No one is ever in the office.
