Full of character

The building is old but full of character. It has hard wood floors throughout and built ins. The bathroom is a little outdated but it does the job. The kitchen is small but for two people it is definitely manageable. It's not furnished so that can be costly. Utilities and cable and Internet aren't included so that can add to the price significantly. It's so close to campus. A 10 minutes walk to library west. Overall it's a great location, lovely apartment, and well worth the cost.
