This apartment is spacious and it's (mostly) open-like floor plan makes the living room/kitchen seem much bigger than it actually it is - which is awesome for entertaining and small parties. However, the landlord is a complete jerk and the walls are so paper thin that you can hear your neighbors TV or a baby crying a floor above you. the one bedroom is always hotter or colder than the other (creating some roommate fighting over thermostat levels). The dishwasher works half the time and there is usually one out of only four basement washer/dryers that work (coin operated only - no card option). If we had a balcony like other units, maybe I could justify the price, but I know that there are other apartments with similar pricing that offer more amenities that are not included in this one (i.e. fitness center, washer/dryer, outdoor space, shuttle, etc).
