Don't be lured by the prices. Look elsewhere

Do not be tricked by the appealing prices of these apartments from Garden Homes Management, specifically 1032 Hope St. The management staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. They do not clean apartments prior to move in, so much so that I found hair clippings all over the bathroom and an AC unit completely full of mold. The building is falling apart with poor building design, thin walls, stains all over the carpets and a laundry room and fitness room that can barely be called functional half of ...
the time. And if you do find yourself living here make sure you plan your move out to the T, as they offer absolutely zero flexibility on prorating should you leave mid month, even when your lease is fully expired and you are a month to month tenant.

March 25, 2023
Upon viewing the apartment I was told it would be cleaned and the carpet would be shampooed. Rushed to sign the lease before I could see the apartment after it’s been cleaned. Get the keys and the apartment is dirty the carpet, toilet, cabinets, stove.
