Sub par I’ve lived in the building for about 2 months now. The elevator takes 5-10 minutes anytime you want you want to leave. Additionally the package room looks like a tornado went off. Nothing is organized. Took me 20 minutes to find a package. It’s ridiculous. And then at 4am the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate the whole building as a faster alarm.

Mixed experience There were a few items that made this building a frustrating living experience: - the elevator situation made us genuinely uncomfortable to have guests into our home or to leave our apartment with ease. - we had guests come to the building who retreated poorly by building staff, despite the fact that they were parking in the standard visitor spots - cars in the parking lot were broken into including our own and the building knew about it, but didn’t do anything to increase ...
security or send a message to the community for awareness. - cars parked in the visitor lot were there for seemingly months, using up the already limited visitor parking. - The communication from the management office was overall very lacking for how expensive the building is One bright spot is that Caesar is the man. The custodial staff was great overall.

Loving our new home The apartment is cozy with a lovely view and great amenities. The neighbors are friendly and the building is kept clean. The elevators are the only issue as they are essentially always in use during certain hours of the day. At least 2 more elevators should be built to better service residence. Otherwise, I'm enjoying my time here.

The only real complaint is the lack of considering some of the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Staff is great to deal with. Friendly and helpful. Noise level is minuscule which is fantastic. Apartment size is great. Covered parking is also a major plus. Only non resident complaint is security isn?t the tightest. Someone can easily gain access to the garage in the back and then the back stairs is open. The back elevator door on 2 is rarely latched so access can be had there.
