I’ve really enjoyed living at Avondale Apartments. It’s a quiet and cozy place that feels like home the moment you walk in. The neighbors are genuinely friendly, which adds to the warm, community vibe. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsible and responsive the landlord is—any questions or issues are always handled quickly and professionally. This property is excellent! They have gated entry and security cameras. The response time for repairs is the same day in most cases. Most utilities are included in the rent and low security deposit.
