Fabulous apartment
May 21, 2025Staffs are really responsible! They responded to emails very quick and never miss your messages. The apartment is very new, clean, with wonderful location (great coffee and stores nearby). I haven't really met any issues living my unit, but when I have any questions they are really professional and provide useful tips. The wifi internet and water are covered in a friendly package, which makes my life easier a lot, as I don't bother to set these services myself. One special aspect I never ...experienced in other places is that they organize events and interesting activities pretty frequently, foresting a friendly environment for all residents and staffs. LOVE THESE APARTMENTS
May 18, 2025Love these apartments . The gym is excellent it’s machines and weights in there for a full body workout, treadmills work (they usually don’t at most apartment gyms ),and it’s always music playing. The apartments are also exactly how they look in the pictures and they can come with furniture with a plan that they offer . May 3, 20241105 Flats is the phenomenal experience for many reasons. From the moment I first contacted the leasing office for the first time the leasing manager Meredith, and her assistant Natalia have exceeded my expectations. As a team they were compassionate, professional, helpful, informational, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service in all aspects. This was the best leasing office experience that I have ever experienced. The 1105 Flat's lead maintenance department manager ...compliments the leasing office. He possess the same character and professional traits as Meredith and Natalia. He made himself available every time I had a question, or needed help with something. He really made my transition process comfortable and easier. No matter how many times I needed assistance he was willing, extremely patient, kind, and he possessed an unbelievable sense of humor. The residential facility is phenomenal, I am very happy that I found 1105 Flats. The entire building is newly renovated, and of great quality. The home is not made up of cheap materials. 1105 Flats offers a clean luxury quality, and positive vibe. The Staff are amazingly friendly, positive, helpful, and they actually get things done. It may sound as if it is too good to be true, no, 1105 Frats is the real deal. All the best grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls are only minutes away.
