Landlord is awful. Our dryer that was probably older than my pet broke down, and the landlord insisted on fixing it himself, which took a month. We were without a dryer for that long, no compensation. Afterwards, this antique dryer broke down again a week later.
Landlord gives no notice for water shut off, noise from maintenance. Electrical wiring is old and needs to be updated. I know when my next door neighbor turns on their microwave, my lights dim.

You will also see water leaking through the ceiling of the garage at times, makes me worry about structural integrity. There are also various cracks running through walls everywhere, thorugh the paint and drywall.
