Too much cigarette smoke

Residents smoke in the building. They chainsmoke so bad and so frequently that it smells like someone is smoking next to me in my own apartment. I'm constantly sick from it and literally can't get a breath of fresh air. My lungs hurt and my throat. Sometimes the smoke is so bad it gives me headaches stomach ache and fatigue. Even with the door open it doesn't let out the smoke. I also have kids who are coughing and one is under a year old just a baby. I never would have moved here if I knew. it ...
