      • Too much money for what little you get...

        Rent has gone up over $300 dollars in four years. The building is old, so we regularly have plumbing issues. There is no outdoor communal area, so occasionally some of the residents will hold little get-togethers on the sidewalk in front; including barbecues and wading pools. Everyone who wishes to use that sidewalk is inconvenienced. Used to come with two off-street parking spaces. Then, with no warning, it was suddenly only one per unit. Being located a block and a half from Colfax Ave is ...
        convenient, in that there is much that is within "walking distance." But, becomes not so convenient on weekend nights, when the neighborhood gets loud and you can't find the street parking you now need.

        I cannot adequately express how lucky I am to have found this apartment for rent in Denver's Capitol Hill neighborhood! It's a reasonably sized one bedroom apartment listed under market value, truly a hidden gem in Denver's housing market.You get the perks of living dead center in the city, blocks away from bars, amazing restaurants and many of Denver's awesome recreation spots. No pool - but only blocks away Congress Park boasts a huge public pool that in my opinion is much more fun than a ...
        gate community pool. My only complaint would be that the liquor store closes at 10. Living in Capitol Hill is great - it's one of Denver's last remaining affordable neighborhood, you'll save tons on Uber/Lyft fares as you can stumble to any bar, and you're in the center of it all!
