First off I’m a huge fan of the security of the building. The entire property is gated and the building itself requires a key code for entry. This beautiful building is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, The units themselves are so well insulated and the Lamar Loft community so respectful, that you honestly feel like you’re living there by yourself. Very clean building, great management and maintenance but very noisy neighbor. Its a no smoking building but always heavy marijuana smell in the hallway.
