I enjoyed living at the property. The units are nicely updated, the location is awesome and the property manager was very responsive to any issues that came up.

Good location, responsive landlord, just not always the best response

Great location, some nice updates inside the apartment, and a good app/website for submitting repairs/issue but repairs are not handled appropriately. My apartment flooded and they threw all of my furniture and items in one room (literally threw, you could not walk and furniture/items were not neatly or appropriately placed). Water leaked down the walls and the walls in my opinion were not properly mitigated - no portion of the sheet rock was cut out and no blowers placed inside to dry out the ...
walls. AC ducts were filthy and not cleaned. Noticed mold in some spots and was told it was just "dirt". The landlord is great working with you when it comes to pets, credit score, income, etc., and he does respond quickly when you have issues. I just do not think he responded appropriately to some repairs.
