July 2, 2022Overall, the apartment itself is quite nice. The floors are hardwood and there is crown molding. The kitchen in my 1 bedroom 1 bath is large with lots of cabinet and counter space and a gas stove. The bathroom is very small with minimal storage. The bedroom is small but I was able to fit my queen size bed in it. I struggled to adjust to the location. I didn’t have any problems with package theft but my bike was stolen out of the bike storage room unfortunately. It is in down town, so the ...neighborhood is busy and quite loud. There is regularly people around on the street, and there is a lot of car traffic. There is a night club on one side (courtyard side) that produces a lot of noise and brings some issues. On the other side there is a parking lot where people make a lot of noise including setting off fireworks (has happened several times) and there’s a lot of noise in general coming from 15th street and Harrison with traffic. If you are on the parking lot side, be prepared for light pollution as you sleep from the flood lights. Blackout curtains help. It's a decent place but the location is really challenging. There isn’t any parking for residents, and the lot across the street is $250 a month last I heard. Utilities here are the resident’s responsibility and have been pretty high. The managers are nice. I was able to get a maintenance report submitted online and fixed within the next 48 hours. Pet-friendly but the weight limit is 25 lbs combined, 2 pet maximum.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
