December 1, 2021
Took them 4 months to replace the 14 year old AC unit. Owner refuses to pay for any repairs. The outside walkway ceiling fell down and it took the 3 months to fix it. Previous bedbug infestations in almost all units, dating to October of 2020. Owner refuses to replace the sewer main so the laundryroom constantly floods with sewage and is closed foe weeks. 3 washers 3 dryers split between 18 units only open until 8pm. Unassigned parking unless you want to pay $50 a month. Residents like to have ...
screaming matches at least once a week, both in their apartments and outside. There is gunfire every night. 5 murders have happened with a 1 block radius in 2 months. The windows don't close properly letting in bugs and weather. The windows are single pane. The metal framing for the windows and is bent so the window doesn't close completely.
