Smoking is allowed inside and it always reeks of cigarettes and weed. Packages are stolen often- I told management nothing was done. I emailed, called and left messages, and texted a notice of moving over 30 days in advance to be nice and got no response until the 3rd time I called. After I moved, I was sent a notice of rent increase! I had to call and leave a message to tell them I haven't lived there in over a month! Management lives over an hour away-someone defecated on the laundry room floor ...

and it took them days to clean it up
