I was there from 2017-2019. It took me 6 months to get a lease because when we moved in it was things wrong and they kept saying they was going to fix it i didn’t have a lock on my bedroom door, bathroom was not up to part.. by the time i received my lease it was knew people taking over the apartments.. It’s been since August we moved out and still haven’t gotten our deposit... I keep calling they keep saying something different.... Then the last times i called they said corporate said the sent ...
it out... so I ask her how they send it out if they don’t have our address? Shouldn’t it come to them. That’s when the lady was like they didn’t reach out? I’m like how when they don’t have our address or number then she took it down. Thank god i Recorded EVERY SINGLE phone call & legal actions will be taken care of. I have called so many times that they know it be me calling i even asked for corporate number and they hunged up. I suggest everybody to keep records when dealing with these peoples.

Deposit will NOT be returned

I moved out in April 2018 and it is now, the latter half of June and I NEVER received my deposit back! I left the property spotless, with no damages and every single time I spoke to the rental office, past the 30 days, I received nothing but excuses! Correct me if I am wrong, but the last time I checked, the deposit is held for damages and such in a separate account and returned to tenant, within 30 days of vacating. The property should be left clean and damage free, which mine was, so where is ...
my deposit? It is a shame that you have to waste time in court, over matters that should be handled professionally in the first place. I upheld my end of the agreement, but they breached theirs by withholding my deposit, ON PURPOSE!

I have been residing here for 2 yrs..ive seen plenty of managers behind tht desk since i got my keys..i have been askin for things in my apt 2 get fixed for the whole entire time i have been here which i said prior was 2 years..i really dont mind livin here but i do have a few problems..i had a member of staff nump in my face call me a liar..hoodrat and some other things just because i asked about my apartment..now at first i didnt want 2 move but im definitely lookin for a new place 2 live cause ...
they are not professional at all..the manager Theresa is very nice but it seems like every temp she get they have a nasty attitude and me being a good tenant who pays my rent on time and dont cause any trouble i shouldnt have 2 deal with a person like tht..i am not happy with stayin where i gotta argue with people just for askin a question..i bet its even on video cause they do have cameras..they should look more into the people who they hire cause when ur at work u should b professional and leave the attitude and everything else ur dealin with at the door

These people willing rip you off and the apartments are so old ceiling roof is mildew moleded toilet leaks the walls and floors are so nasty that they cover it up to maka it look new even tho it's not basically these places need to be knock down and rebuild roach invest gnats,spider's, and possums ridiculous!!!!
