November 6, 2018It’s okay if you want to pay the first months and deposite at the same time . Mangment sucks he does not like to fix anything my roof leaked two times. Toilet leaks.. why bother to ask the manger to fix anything when he Mickey mouses everything. We’ve only been here for 11 months and he increase the rent. Very dishonest man but willing to waste your time and money. He states he know about property and mangment and he doesn’t. He used to work in relestate but doesn’t any longer. I don’t ...understand this property manger . Maybe you won’t either but the apartments are never up to date but wants to raise rent when nothing has been fixed aside from just fixing it for the time being.
