LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!!

This place is a gem. I have lived here 2 1/2 years and it’s been amazing. The location is prime in the heart of Old Metairie close to shopping. Everyone here is nice, quiet & respectful. I feel very safe which is important to me. The rent is affordable. Apartments are spacious with lots of light. There is onsite laundry. The Landlord is extremely professional & efficient about fixing anything that needs attention. Our grounds are well maintained. I can’t find fault with anything. There isn’t a ...

If you have a job don’t live here because if you get home from work at night or leave to go to work in the morning depending on which apartment you have rented just Know getting up in the morning or at night to go to work will get you an eviction notice. I had a night job at the courthouse and I had to wake up at 2 o’clock in the morning I woke up the person below me who in my opinion should be in a nursing home I was very quiet and after three days of starting my new job at two in the morning ...

I got an evection notice and the landlord Would not even respond to my messages In my opinion and from what I have heard everybody in that apartment complex love to me except for the three people that were good we were good friends with the landlord who were always mean people in my Opinion The landlord in my opinion does not separate business from pleasure and if her friends do not like you that live there even if you have to go earn a living to live it doesn’t matter she will kick you out in my opinion and I have to say in my opinion Because 100,000% which she did to me was illegal in my opinion after I spoke to lawyers they told me it was illegal in my opinion and factually I never had a single party ever and that’s a fact and I never had more than one person at my house and that’s a fact
