2000 Broadway is a nice well-maintained older property (built in the 1980s I believe), but it is sturdy and I don't hear neighbors unless maintenance is doing some heavy work in an adjacent unit (like drilling or something).
I moved here sight-unseen but the virtual tours gave an accurate view of how the apartment looks.
The leasing office team is very kind and helpful, Mary in particular answered all of my questions and issues and made it easy to move in.
The neighborhood is very safe, the ...
parking garage is secured (I'm not concerned about any theft), and there's convenient bus stops at most a few blocks away walking.
There are washers/dryers on each floor, which is nice that it's not just in the basement for the whole property or something. Some units have in-unit washer dryers but I was told only the more expensive ones like the 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom units, but nice to know if you move with friends or as a family. No in-unit washer/dryer in the smaller units.
