Clean and quiet building in a great neighborhood

You can't beat the neighborhood. Live enough to walk anywhere for groceries, coffee, meals, or evening activities but still have plenty of street parking. Space was evenly heated in winter and the AC is pre-installed. Management is well organized and responsive. Some units get less sunlight, depending on their orientation.
