So happy I made the right choice
March 2, 2022I moved in October, even though I was looking to live in a different neighborhood, this building has everything I ever wanted. The units are all brand new, w/d in unit, Samsung appliances, and the best management who fixes anything in less than 2 hours. The super is very attentive and even came to unlock the door at 4am. Wish they were condos so I would be able to purchase it. LOVE IT!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Love the building
February 28, 2022I moved into the unit on new years, the agents made time to give me the keys on the holiday. The building is very clean, most neighbors are sweet and friendly. The super is great call him with issues it’s fixed within a few hour time frame. It’s definitely a place u want to live.Review from Apartments.com
I wish I never moved here
December 28, 2021Living here is not worth the hours of hassles and headaches that you’ll have to deal with. I’m counting down the days until my lease ends so I can get out of here. Some red flags for you to consider: 1. There’s no internet hookup. When we moved in, we were told that the building had Verizon. Turns out this was a lie. There was no internet, and we were told it could be until some time the following year before Verizon could even begin getting hooked up to the building, because the landlord simply ...forgot to get this done while the building was being outfitted. When we complained, she whined that she would have to “spend thousands of dollars” of her own money to wire shared wifi to some units from her personal router on the ground floor. Only a few units received it. We didn’t. She’s refusing to add it to our unit, saying she doesn’t want to spend any more money. It’s been months and we’re living with no internet. 2. Fixtures and appliances constantly break. The apartments are renovated, but because everything was done so cheaply, and by inexperienced construction workers, the floors creak loudly with every little step; faucets keep coming loose; our electric bill is sky-high because the heaters will randomly overheat the apartment no matter what temperature we set; there’s poor insulation; the dryer is cheaply set up to vent indoors, filling the air with humidity and dust; and any time someone uses the elevator, the whole building sounds like someone’s running a leaf blower indoors — it’ll wake you up in your bedroom. The people who come to fix things most of time are not professionals, and they’ll leave without actually fixing anything. 3. The landlord is inexperienced. When we moved in, the apartment was still in the process of being renovated and was nowhere near ready for someone to live there. Our stuff got filthy, and we had to find a place to stay in the meantime. They still never cleaned up. 4. You can’t trust the real estate agents to provide you with accurate information. The agents made commitments that were confirmed in writing, and when we moved in, the landlord said “That conversation never happened.” It’s frustrating when the info you receive is reneged upon by the person they are representing. The other few tenants who live here have shared similar experiences with me. If you don’t want a landlord who says “Not my problem!” any time something really is her problem, I recommend looking at another apartment building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
