Every single manager they’ve ever had has lied to my face. I was bait and switched on the unit I wa supposed to get. They lie to me about how payment processing works. Rent has gone up hundreds of dollars while amenity after amenity is cut.

Management is not helpful, many clauses in the lease, came home to a man sleeping in the front door one night. Rooms are nice, hot tub is always dirty, workout room is commonly broken.
