Decent Apartment, Good Location, Great price

The apartment is very basic, a little dark and cold but the neighbourhood made up for any apartment flaws (Lower Pacific Heights). Also, the place was off the street with a nice little court yard our young daughter could run around and play in. The price was right! So, in all even thought the place was kind of dingy, everything else was great.
