Outstanding Super Cool Staff

My daughter lives at 30 East and LOVES it! She is a student attending Columbia College and enjoys having everything she needs close by. Stunning views, secure entrance and clean apartments. But what makes this place so special is the super cool STAFF. They go above and beyond to make residents feel happy and have fun. Cool events ranging from grocery bingo to free flower making and many more. It makes me as a parent want to live there. Thanks for going that extra step and making 30 East ...

My daughter lived in a one bedroom at 30 East for three years (fall 2020-summer 2023). She loved it and it was the perfect location for attending CCC. The staff we all great including maintenance. Brooke, the assistant manager is especially nice and eager to help. I highly recommend this property.

30 East is a great place to be! I have visited multiple times as a guest and have enjoyed it each time. Front desk patrol is friendly and welcoming, the events the leasing office puts on are fun and inclusive, and the amenities in the building are fantastic. I recommend 30 East to all who are looking for fully furnished apartments.
