Last Resort

These apartments are definitely last resort homes. They are very close to downtown, TSU and UofH. But they are made terribly!
In the winter months we had occasional wild roaches until it got warmer and bam roaches everywhere of all sizes! We've done everything to rid them including two different sprays and sealing all the cracks which there are A Lot of! We've finally decided to bomb it right before we move so we don't bring anything to our new places!
Secondly the walls and floors are ...
extremely thin! The landlord however did really work with us when we were having severe noise issues from a neighbor above who thought normal hours were 11-6am!! They got him outta there!
But I can hear my neighbors full convo if we're both in the bathroom together. Also my other neighbors TV so I had to rearrange my room.
My advice is move on the second floor and try to get an apt on the end so you can have some peace at night if you HAVE to move here!
Oh and the restaurant Roux38 has a DJ Thurs-Sun until midnight so prepare to stay up for that too since it's less than a block away! Try to get home at a decent time too since the customers take up all the parking.
