Place is rented as is when you sign lease. I had to bring a flashlight to do a walk through. Not even cleaned. Drug infested. Syringes all around the parking lot. Cars andoned left in parking lot left by past tenants. Landlord usually only responds by txts. Issues or repairs that need to be addressed...he txts you a number and a name and its up to you to call his maintenace guy. Bugs, he txts you a pest control number, so you have to take time out of your day to notify him, then the contracted ...

pest people, then wait for a call back and wait for an appt. Absolutely no ability to control the temperature in your unit. Paper thin walls, it is basically an 8 room house. You can hear your neighbors snore. All and all, i believe the only reason peole reside here is becase like myself i had no choice at the time and its the kinda place where if you have the cash on hand, you get the right then. So, for that i was grateful, for the first 24hrs. Then my electricity was turned on.
