Good & Bad... mostly bad

I love the apartment itself but there is nothing worse than bad management which is exactly what you will get there. It takes literally months to get anything fixes (currently waiting on a fireplace fix going on 2 months). Sometimes I end up hiring my own maintenance and deducting from the rent. There is one person (Marielle) who manages the property and she never responds. I've asked for the info about other people I can contact when things come up and she has refused to provide me with anyone. ...

Our light switches didn't work for the first 3 months we moved in. Our water has been turned off with no notice and wasn't turned back on for hours while we had company in from out of town. Our mailboxes were broken into and have never been fixed, there is an ant problem every single summer when it gets really hot that they won't do anything about. My shower was broken for over a month and she left the country with no notice and without fixing it. It's seriously terrible and everyone who lives here knows it. I recommend that you stay away at all costs.
