  Residents pay $100 toward water, sewer and garbage and put the electricity in their own name (PGE). 12-month lease, only. Screening fee is $49.95 for Applicants 18 years of age and older. This dwelling unit does not qualify as a 'Type A Unit' (accessible unit) per Oregon structural building code and ICC A117.1.
