Great location, poor management
July 24, 2015This is a 5-floor walk-up building located in the heart of the Upper West Side. Amazing location right on Columbus in the low 80s, within 5 minutes of the B,C trains at the 81st St subway stop and 2 minutes from the M79 crosstown bus. The building was recently renovated with brand-new kitchen appliances, tons of kitchen storage, and granite countertops. Also new bathroom fixtures and a washer/dryer on the 1st floor of the building. Only downside is that the management company is horrible to deal ...with and is constantly trying to raise the rent. They will not answer calls or emails for weeks. Recently got a new super who has been much more helpful than the previous ones. Super does not live in the building, though. While the main living space is great, the bedrooms are on the small side, with tiny closets. Overall it's worth it for the neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
