We love living here? Why? 1. Great neighbors mix of students families and geriatrics. 2. Apartment is beautiful I love not having to go to laundromat anymore. 3.Nice size backyard for gardening. 4. Price point is perfect for me and the appliances all work no more radiator heat and I have a dishwasher garbage disposal and ac. 5. Maintenance is awesome. They show up when they say they will on time and can fix anything.
