tampering with the a/c units.

This is the worst place to live. I was told when I Rented the Apartment the Neighbor were Good People. The Neighbors are very cruel. They do u all kinds of things. One of the neighbors in the back of me has been going inside of the roof of the apartments where the a/c units ducts. I call the Manager of the apts he will not get the a/c units checked. I've been told so many lies . The place is not a good place to live. It is a very dangerous place to live.
