November 6, 2016This place should be closed down!!!! The landlord is the very dishonest, disrespectful and cheap person. As soon as I moved in, I found out that AC unit was broken. I called him to get it fixed, he was yelling at me that I dont know how to turn the unit on. Afterwards, I found the frozen ice on the unit and it took him 3 weeks to get it fixed! There are a lot of things that need to be fixed including the rat smell inside of the house. I cleaned his ducts to get rid of the rat smell because I ...asked him to take care of it but he never did (like other issues in a condo). I offered to pay 75 % of this charge and he still is asking me to move out and gave me 5 day notice (even though the lease states 14-day notice is required). I informed the police, I will be filing the complaint, and I heard that many people are having issues with him.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
