Great apartment for the price
May 17, 2021I moved to SLC from Vegas and this was ideal for me. I worked Downtown and it was a quick 5 min drive or 20 minute transit trip. Smith’s is next door as well 7 eleven for convenience. The Apartment I had never had any issues and had a amazing view of the city. I was greatful. The manager answered swiftly and was willing to work with me during the Pandemic Shutdown. I do miss this place and if you can get in I would!Review from Apartments.com
Nice apartment but little light and noisy neighbors
October 30, 2020While this wasn’t my first choice I did think it was a nice apartment, ideal for me at the time. Now though, it’s a bit oppressive for the price, if you want a safe place for your car you have to pay extra, and the neighbors have no care for anyone else! If I could choose I’d probably leave. I can deal with noise usually but when stomping and yelling goes into the early morning hours at times, I’ve had enough. Even the baby next door is drowned out by the rude neighbors upstairs. Another thing ...is there is very little natural light in the apartment; all you have is a smallish window in the bedroom and bathroom (to top it off there is nowhere to put a curtain on the bathroom one so everyone could just glance in and see you naked easily!) Lastly, a few little things I’ve noticed include: there is a bad odor in the hallways that never dissipates, you have very little storage space, and the showers are not slopped enough so water goes everywhere (I’ve had it even end up by the toilet and door). Honestly the only saving grace is the apartment itself looks nice and the manager I spoke to was kind.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad management
December 28, 2018Dirty interior steps and hallways, management not responsive when repairs are needed. Two weeks so far and still waiting for appliance repairs, but they are quick to impose late fees. The sign out front has been tagged by the local gang, adding to the trashy impression.Review from Apartments.com
