The entire building is swarming with roaches. It is truly a disgusting place. There are tons of hidden fees in addition to the rent, the laundry facilities are filthy, and there are constant break ins. Do not rent from here.

Poor New Management

Poor New management, care less for whatever reasons. poor maintenance, Trash everywhere at the property. Maintenance does not show up for weeks and months Your rent has to be due on time if not eviction notices are handed over day in day out, Please do not stay here if you do then its at your own risk. Police wait at the car park almost every week in the evening for reasons all of us know. I am waiting to leave this place this coming July!!

Great new management company

They have made an incredible change to this property. Some of the older units from the inside are a little beat up, but there remodeled units look amazing. I lived there for 8 years and met the latest manager Julio. He was great with the residents they all liked him. Hes willing to work with you on rent, work orders, and anything he can. He has a good heart. Plus, there units are really big compared to other apartments in the area. Only sucky this is they have no washer dryers in them unit.
