Misty the mgr was very patient and answered all my questions and did everything she said she would do which gave me confidence in renting site unseen , and since I've been here ac went out,had water leak from upstairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, everything that was taken care of as if I were the Tennant on the prop.

I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want the manager not completing her work. There are so many issues going on here that it hasn’t been fixed. Gate constantly doesn’t works and hasn’t been fixed over a month. It seems your awarding the tenants with a party and prizes instead in fixing problems. You take more than 1 hour of lunch your hardly there at your office. People have no respect in driving. In the entrance people use it as their exit and in the exit they use it for both. There ...
are random people coming in and out and checking the area. Poop is still found in certain areas. Laundry area gets dirty at times. Also people leave there clothes for weeks. The parking lot it sucks that you can’t have at least your own space to park your vehicle. Misty there’s absolutely nothing you’ve improved. It has been chaos and a huge mess. Liz and Steve thanks for making this place worthwhile. Everyone respected others and everything was organized when Liz was in charge.
