Worst Experience of my life
October 9, 2022I have never once, in years of living in NY apartments as an owner and/or a renter, experienced anything like this Acqua Vista community building. I was excited to move to San Diego and live in a downtown property only to be disappointed and to have the worst experience of my life. Could not wait to move out of this place, with earwigs, and cockroaches in the garbage room. Fleas in the hallway. I honestly have not met a single person that lives here that said they liked it. And if anyone says ...they like it then they are not telling you the entire truth. Yes, the location is fantastic. Love the Starbucks around the corner. That is it.. Every person that works at acqua vista management is extremely rude and does not care about the residents whatsoever. You can't self park your car, valet sucks. The only kind and decent people that work here are the cleaning service and the maintenance staff. Everyone in the office is extraordinarily rude and disrespectful. Acqua Vista building is full of dogs
November 9, 2021Acqua Vista building is full of dogs, all sizes and breeds, they urinate at the building entrance. Complaining to management about various issues in the building is like talking to deaf person, that is if you're lucky enough to be heard. Seabreeze Management avoids you as much as possible, you need to make an appointment to see them. List goes on. We are glad we got out when we did.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015This apartment is fresh and illuminated with floor to ceiling Windows. No balcony but that doesn't matter to me because when I go outside I'm on my way somewhere. The view is great and you gotta love living downtown San Diego.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful DT San Diego
July 20, 2015Acqua Vista has two amazing 18 story towers with an adjoining community area, pool deck on the 8th floor and a wonderful little gym. The building has truly developed into a mini community with neighbors walking their pets to local dog parks or grabbing food and beverages at restaurants in the heart of Little Italy. I love the sense of home here and I wouldn't trade it for anything!Review from Apartments.com
