Good Management

Quiet with lots of greenery. Get to hear lots of birds. Buildings are a bit on the old side but in good condition. New and well maintained amenities. Management was very accommodating and went above and beyond to get me a good deal on extending my rental agreement, although a slightly more preferable deal appeared at the last moment and I moved elsewhere. I would have stayed if the 3x income-rent ratio was more like x2.75.

Smelled like mold

The office smelled like mold and cigarettes smoke. The washer and dryer were in the weirdest places. They had no garbage disposal. The staff were rude and short. They also had the weirdest rules to get the 1 month free they were offering.

Lasting memories!

Full 5 stars to Adagio. We have made so many memories here and built many lasting relationships. Most friendly community and a great place to be in if you have kids. Had a fantastic view of Tennis court from my living room, and enjoyed evenings watching some good games. Five stars are not enough to show how happy I am with the community, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Shelby. The staff is very responsive and helpful. During my time here in 2 years, I never had a concern that was ...
not addressed quickly. I recommend this place for anyone looking for 2-bed apartments in Bellevue/Redmond.
