Avoid at all costs
January 24, 2026Awful place to live and worse management. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do. In unit laundry goes out constantly. Maintenance requests take weeks to months to be completed. Someone is squatting/ selling drugs out of the first floor, and management has failed to take action for the better part of a year. Half the homeless population of Denver has the code to the building because of this and has been witnessed stealing tenant packages time and time again. People are ...yelling outside day & night and calling the police. Management refuses to increase security by any measure and will not provide solution for the maintenance issues. If I could give negative five stars to both the building and Urban Phenix I would. Could not recommend less.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
