Worst experience ever , started off great with Melissa she was good I was approved I came back the next day to finalize it and some other lady comes to me instead the vibe was instantly bad idk what her problem with me was but she came back and said I didn’t qualify after I was told I was approved already from previous lady she said I didn’t make enough monthly when I CLEARLY make more than 2,600 a month i had my boss email her to let her know I made more and I told her I have pay stubs and and ...

my amount I made for the year she didn’t even ONCE want to look at them and they are my newest pay stubs from 4 days ago and 2 weeks before so new ones not old she didn’t care and I’ve already been approved for another place that was 300 more dollars a month than them , according to her she said I made 2200 a month that would be almost 27k a year , my taxes state I made 40k for the entire year which would mean I made grossly a month 3,400 so every other apart community is able to know this but this particular place , I just moved to Florida but I would never recommend this place

On lease year 3. I love the location and the community. I moved from a house in Ohio and have enjoyed the amenities and space my apartment has provided. The staff is friendly and maintenance is helpful and polite. I would recommend to other families looking to enjoy the apartment life.

I've been here for a year and a half now I love it. The staff especially Melissa are extremely helpful and always friendly. Maintenance usually comes the next day and are always professional. Neighborhood is quiet most of the time and if you see a lot of children you don't hear them. Gym is amazing.
