I enjoyed the quiet drive from the main road to our apartment, it felt like I really am withdrawing from the busy day to home. Bad Experience
August 10, 2017It looks like the inside of the apartment has never been taken care of. Looks like they just threw paint at the walls and let it just run. Paint drips everywhere. The ceiling looks like they have had multiple floods from the above units and never bothered to fix them. Unit always smelled musty and their only resolution for us was to put a humidifier in there and obviously that didn't resolve the issue, but they said that is all they could do. Pay a little extra and stay in Peachtree City.Property Manager Responded

I have not spoken with any residents about multiple floods coming from upstairs. PLEASE bring this concern to the office. If ceiling repairs/drywall repairs are needed we can schedule that for you. April 15, 2016I've been living here for month and I've received exceptional service. Ashliey is very nice and goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm a happy tenant. I've had a couple of maintenance requests but they were turned around in 48 hrs or less. The only issue more than 24 hrs required am ordered part. I'm a happy camper!
