Great for the money

The location is great for the price. Just down the street from Park, where there's a little downtown action. The building is super old and hasn't been updated, unfortunately, so there are some annoyances with appliances and cosmetics. A great deal of the building is rented to either handicap-able or the elderly, but I have seen a few younger, as well. There's nothing extravagant about living here, but like I said, it's a good location.
