DANGEROUS -POOR MANAGEMENT-DIRTY

I wish I could leave negative stars. This apartment complex is dirty, infested, dangerous, and management could care less. Water pipes break at least twice per month and tenants are left without water for up to 3 days. There is absolutely no lawn maintenance what so ever. Trash all over the place. Gates are always open and anyone is allowed to come in and out. Shootings happen at least once per month. A neighbor recently was broken into and killed (this is not an exaggeration. records 10/3/2021) Per management, AC will not be repaired unless your apartment is over 84 degrees! Leasing office has been closed for over 3 months and they recommend to communicate via emails; however, emails are never replied. Phone calls are never answered. Neighbors are loud and drinking and fighting every night. When asked for security, the management response was that they are not responsible for the tenants’ behavior and that they could not do anything. So, we constantly have to call 911 for noise complaints. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. As soon as my lease ends in November, I will be out of this mediocre place!

I started the process of renting this place before I arrived in San Antonio. I had an inkling feeling that I should wait to get here to see the apartment for myself before signing the lease and THANK GOD I did that. First off, people don’t work in the leasing office and when they do “work”, they don’t answer the phones nor do they try to help you in person (literally the door was locked during working hours and if you knocked, someone would then come open the door). apartment wasn’t even ready the day of and day after my lease was supposed to start. When I went to go look at the apartment, there were water leaks in the tub and behind the toilet, bath tubs were dirty, it was infested with little flies, the oven door wasn’t even attached to the oven, and overall a disgusting place to live. I truly hope that the new manager turns this place around because it is truly needed. God bless

When initially arriving the apartment, they just add a coat similar to any fruit you find in Wal-mart with the slick sheen only to appear nice. There were so many areas that needed repair, I had to submit work orders to get it done and still a good handful have been left to address. The staff rotates like a gas station, a turnover of 4, color me impressed. Though, what shocked me is the overabundance of trash left in the dumpsters with only notifications sent out stating to stop throwing trash ...

without actually addressing the issue. It is a joke in itself like the water pipes where there is either no or hot water that is being constantly repaired with a statement of it being a "permanent" fix. There is no peace of mind in the mail box since the doors are welded by a 3rd rate worker with pried open boxes that they clearly used a flathead to a crowbar during the checks being sent out. The gates do not even work and the whole parking sticker at this point is just an accessory without people actually going by towing vehicles. If you want your voices heard, good luck, given the the contractors they hire, cheap service.

RENTERS BEWARE. I would give a negative 10 star if it was possible. Worst experience ever. If you want to come home with drug dealers prowling, bums storing stuff under the stairs and rats in the walls. If you are good with your children being burned by hot water and then frozen while you give them a bath, this is the apartment for you. Place is to cheap to put individual water heaters in apartments, so you have community water. So anytime anyone anywhere runs something, you get burned by ...

hot water, or frozen by cold. They won't do anything about the drug dealers, rate or bums. Unsafe place for anyone.

Worst apartments in San Antonio!

I’ve lived here almost a year now and wow... first off there’s a active body count that is till rising. The rats and roaches are everywhere along with bums and squatters in the many vacant apartments that never get messed with. Police are always here for something either a break in a car stolen someone shot. It’s all happen while I’ve been here and it’s a normal now. I’m moving to a safer place as soon as my lease is up. They lie about everything and constantly getting new management. They have ...

done a couple visual upgrades but done very poorly and looks trashy. Speaking of trash the trash is all over the dumpsters are always full and trash on the streets that never get cleaned up. The pools are always green and the water is always turned off most of the time without any type of notice. Getting maintenance to come fix anything is impossible. We’ve sent in 2 emergency complaints about our door not closing and our door handle falling off and never heard back. There are also NO CEILING FANS AT ALL!!! The power is controlled by light switches and u have to plug lamps into ur outlets for there to be any type of light considering they have only one in the kitchen and one in the hall then in the bathroom I guess who needs a light in the bedroom and living room. I was told everything would be fixed when before I moved in, it was at least 6 months before I even saw a maintenance person. I don’t know if there’s a worse complex and a more unsafe place to live then this apartment. Just because there’s a new name to the complex doesn’t mean it’s any different. Stay away if you love you’re family IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

Horrible place

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Place is terrible, is under new management but Bk improvements have been made. I currently live here but I’m about to move. The dumpsters are always overflowing and trash gets all over the parking lot, tried to use pools twice and there were green. There is an unsafe place with the gates always broken letting whoever in, my car got broken into in the parking lot. Management sucks. Don’t recommend it at all.
